Intellectual property

Methods, object models, templates and product software remain the property of Sparkhs unless assigned in writing. Client data, event logs and derived process models remain the property of the client.

Liability

Sparkhs accepts no liability for decisions taken on the basis of website content. Contractual liability is governed by the signed statement of work.
