What we collect
Contact details you submit through the contact form, and basic technical data required to serve the site. We do not use advertising trackers.
Client engagement data
During delivery we process client event data under the signed agreement, on a documented lawful basis, using read-only extracts wherever the work allows it.
Retention
Enquiry data is retained for twenty-four months unless it becomes part of a signed engagement. Engagement data is retained for the period set out in that agreement and then deleted or returned.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data. Requests are answered within one working day of receipt and resolved inside the statutory period.
